Shipping & Returns Policy
Customers have the right to open and inspect the shipment upon delivery in the presence of the courier only. (Note: Inspection only – items cannot be tried on.)
After the courier leaves, customers may request an exchange or return within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.
For Cash on Delivery payments: refunds are processed within 7 business days.
For Visa card or e-wallet payments: refunds are processed within 20 business days, and via the same payment method used to place the order.
Refunds are issued after the completion of quality inspection.
Please note that customer service will contact you before shipping to confirm your details. If there is no response, the order will be cancelled.
